Post-Graduate Clinical Evaluation

This form is used to collect contact information from individuals who wish to receive the Post-Graduate Clinical Examination registration link.
Individuals previously registered on the Provisional Register of Physiotherapy Alberta, and whose registration was cancelled after January 1, 2017, in accordance with Section 7(3) or 7(4) of the Physical Therapists Profession Regulation of Alberta are eligible to register for the Post-Graduate Clinical Examination provided they have NOT exhausted their eligibility at the Clinical Component of the PCE administered by the Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators.

Only individuals who meet the criteria should complete the form. Physiotherapy Alberta will be verifying eligibility based on its registration records.
