Current Water Schedule
We provide Monthly Maintenance Service for Lawn Irrigation and Rust Inhibitor systems. The following options are available to assist you in maintaining your property to the highest standards. Monthly rate of service is based on the size of the property, number of zones, and equipment to the system. IRRIGATION 1. Once a month maintenance includes checking the proper function of all irrigation equipment. This includes mist heads, rotors, time clocks, check valves, indexing valves, gate valves, electric valves, solenoids,valve boxes, sprinkler motor & pump parts, injector pumps and tanks. Does not include repair or replacement of these items. *Please see complete list below* 2. Inspect and ensure coverage of landscaped areas, as existing.3. Replace broken stick heads and mist heads. 4. Maintain and adjust clock settings. 5. Flush out heads, clean out nozzles and filters as needed. 6. Adjust sprinkler head height as needed. 7. Repair of minor line breaks except for piping under driveway,walkways, pool deck areas, landscaping changes or new installation of landscaping, construction work, termite bait traps, deep root fertilizing of trees, landscape lighting installation or damage caused by a hurricane. RUST PREVENTION AND SPRAYING 1. Inspect and maintain the injector system. 2. Supply rust inhibitor chemicals as needed once per month. 3. Maintain the chemical tank, tubing and injector pump. 4. Spray brown stain on curbs, walkways, and walls and other areas as seen. We use anon-corrosive chemical to remove the brown stains. No Muriatic acid. FERTIGATION & ORGANIC PEST CONTROL Fertilizer is adjusted seasonally for optimal performance and effectiveness.Organic Pest Control is naturally formulated to repel mosquitoes, ants, ticks, fleas, carpet beetles, centipedes and other crawling and flying insects. 1. Inspect and maintain the injector system. 2. Supply Organic Pest Control and/or Fertilizer formula, once per month. 3. Maintain the chemical tank, tubing and injector pump. The materials we use have no effect on black stains (mold), green stains (algae) the growing of algae in the holding tank (normal). * The above maintenance schedule for sprinkler and rust inhibitor systems Excludes the replacement or repair of these items: time clocks, check valves, indexing valves, rotors, gate valves, electric valves, solenoids, wire tracking, valve boxes, sprinkler motor & pump parts, injector pumps, tanks, water wells, and relocation or addition of sprinklers. Cleaning or spraying of the sidewalks, curbing and street is charged at an additional rate of $15.00 per month. These items will be repaired, replaced, installed or sprayed only with Prior Approval.Emergency Service Calls are to be billed based on Time and Materials.
