The information you provide here will enable us to ensure that only those who fit the show's specific guest profile and believe in its' mission and values will make it on the show. At the same time, please know that I am sincerely grateful for the time you take to fill this out and I read every single one. You are all incredible people with amazing stories, but unfortunately not every story can be shared on my show.
