Pricing & Payment Terms
All pricing with MyrTravels is determined based on the specific trip selected, the scope of services requested, and the total number of clients traveling. Prices may vary depending on destination, accommodations, excursions, event requirements, and availability at the time of booking.
Deposits & Retainers
Wedding Destination Travel: All destination wedding travel planning requires a non-refundable deposit of at least $500 to initiate services. This deposit secures planning, coordination, and consultation services and is applied toward the total cost of services rendered.
VIP Events, Excursions & Packing Services: A minimum non-refundable retainer of $100 is required for all VIP events, excursions, and packing services. Services will not begin until the retainer is received.
All deposits and retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable once services have commenced. Final balances, payment deadlines, and additional fees will be communicated prior to confirmation of services.
