Associate Member $50.00

Associate Household Member (Family) $70.00

1. Eighteen (18) years of age or older with the right to vote, but not hold office.

2. Associate membership shall be for one year from date of application.

Single Adult Member $50.00

1. Eighteen (18) years or older who has completed one year as an Associate Member, a Family Child or a Young Adult, shall be a Member in Good Standing with the right to vote and hold office.

Household Member (Family) $70.00

1. One or two adults from the same household, both over the age of eighteen (18), who have completed one year as an Associate member, each adult shall be a Member in Good Standing with the right to vote and hold office.

2. Children of the Family Members, under the age of eighteen (18), may be included in a Family Membership, but shall not have the right to vote or hold office, shall not have unsupervised access to the building, or act as trainers for any class. May transfer to a Single Adult membership on their eighteenth (18th) birthday.

Young Adult Member $30.00

1. An individual between the ages of fourteen (14) and eighteen (18) who has completed one years membership shall be a Member in Good Standing but does not have the right to vote, hold office, unsupervised access to the building, or cannot be a trainer for any classes. May transfer to a Single Adult membership on their eighteenth (18th) birthday.

Life Member (no fee)

1. Life membership shall be granted to each individual member who has maintained twenty (20) continuous years of Adult membership shall be a Member in Good Standing with the right to vote and hold office.

Annual renewals must be paid in full by January 31

The attached waiver must be signed for membership to be accepted.

In the case of a family membership, all adult members included must sign.

I/We declare that the information provided in this application is, to the best of my/our knowledge, correct. I/We understand that a false statement on this application may result in immediate suspension of membership. I/We further understand that membership is conditional on compliance with the Bylaws of the Club and therefore agree to abide by the Articles, Bylaws, and rules of the RKOC and the Non-Profit Corporation Act of Saskatchewan. I/We acknowledge that all information provided in this application form will be used for club purposes only.

I understand that attendance at dog training classes or dog events is not without risk to me, my dog, members of my family or guests who may attend because dogs, even when handled with the greatest amount of care, may be unpredictable or difficult to control, and may be the cause of injury. I hereby forever release and discharge each member of the Regina Kennel and Obedience Club (hereinafter called the "Club"), their employees, members, instructors, assistant instructors and agents from any and all claim, action, cause of action, demand, damages, suit, costs, charges whether legal or equitable, of every nature and kind and howsoever arising and whether known or unknown, and all liability of any nature for any mater, including but not limited to injury, illness or damage, which I/we and/or my/our dog may suffer, resulting from the action or failure to act of, by or in respect of me/us, my/our dog my or any other dog or person(s) and I expressly state that it is my full and informed intention to assume all the risk of such damage, illness or injury while attending any training sessions or other club function, whether on Club property or elsewhere.

I understand that COVID-19 or other viruses represents a pervasive risk to all, including people attending Club dog training classes and other activities and events. The Club dog training classes, other activities and events are organized and conducted in compliance with the applicable Provincial, City and Federal guidelines and regulations. Accordingly, I agree to adhere to all guidelines, relevant regulations and Club protocols. Further, I understand that the above-noted release and discharge described herein includes any causes that may in any way be related to COVID-19 or other viruses.

In consideration of, and as an inducement to the acceptance of my application and/or participation for training classes, membership, instructor/apprentice at the Club, I indemnify and hold harmless the Club, their employees, members, instructors, assistant instructors and agents from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, demand, damages, suit costs, charges whether legal or equitable, of every nature and land and howsoever arising and whether known or unknown but any person including but not limited to any member of my family or any other person accompanying me to any training session or function of the Club, whether on Club property or elsewhere.
