RESEARCH FEE AGREEMENT

 

PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE SUBMITTING FORM 

In order to perform the best possible search & to design/arrange your travels, there is a NON REFUNDABLE RESEARCH FEE! 

Vacation planning takes time and thought. In every trip planning, Vonne's Travel Adentures take pride in the service and work that's provided. My research involves hotels, cruises, vacation packages, tours/activities, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, draft itineraries and more. I will provide itineraries, vacation plans and arrangements that gives you a peace of mind and saves you time.

Once I have created your itinerary/quote, you are free to shop around on the internet, or wherever you choose. If you choose not to book through me for ANY reason then the fee will be retained by me as payment for services rendered. The research fee is valid for 30 days and includes 1 destination change OR date change.

If you reconvene anytime thereafter, a new research fee will be due. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Note: Research fees are NOT applied to your balance. There will be NO travel planning until the research fee has been received. NO quotes, itineraries, etc. will be released.
