Reservations
We request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment so we can provide the best availability to our valued guests.
If you cancel inside the 24-hour window, we will take a deposit for your future visit at the time of rescheduling. We understand that life happens and sometimes things are beyond your control.
You will receive an email and text 7 days prior to reserved services and a text 48 hours before your appointment. In that email and text, you will see a link to reschedule up to 24 hours before your visit. Text replies to these forms of commuication aren't delivered to us.
If you do not show up for your reservation and do not notify us, you will be charged for the services reserved as a deposit in rescheduling. We may require a deposit for ongoing future appointments.
To provide our guests with the best salon experience we can, we kindly ask that children under the age of 10 stay home unless they’re receiving a service.

Our mission is to ensure you feel cared for and leave happy with the services experienced with us at Mint Hair Crafting. Salon services vary by individual and may require multiple steps and/or visits to create the desired final look. For any personalized color plan, keep in mind that adjustments in expectations may be necessary to achieve your long-term goals and/or to keep your hair healthy. At times sessions may be needed to safely achieve color change goals.
