This workshop will focus on portraiture working from a live model, getting quality photo reference from a live model, and working from a photo reference. It will be open to all painting media. Daniel will demonstrate using oil paint, but participants are free to use the medium of their choice.
Please come prepared with the following supplies
Camera (phone camera is fine) with enough storage space to take several photos
Small Canvas board: 9x12” or 11x14” or similar size (for part 1 - February 24)
Larger Canvas 18x24” or similar size (for part 2 - March 23)
Oil, Acrylic, or watercolor paints and any necessary cleanup items such as a cup for water or paint thinner
Variety of brushes
