1. Cancellation/No Show Policy for Appointment
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family.
All deposits are (NON-REFUNDABLE, ALL PACKAGES & SERVICES remaining balance must be paid in CASH ONLY!
Remaining balance for service can be paid in cash or Zelle, Venmo, or ApplePay. Along with identification ID (when service agreement is sent out).
Balance must be paid in full the day before service no later than 8pm unless service will be canceled.
All deposit are deducted from your balance
Dolls if you decrease the days or hours of service that you first initially booked once service has started there will be a (2) hour service charge.
If you Postpone/Cancel your surgery LavishN Curves must be notified atleast 72 hours in advance, prior to the date you booked for service unless DEPOSIT WILL BE VOID
If your surgery is canceled and you booked private care meaning we are coming to your home, Airbnb/ Hotel your deposit is ONLY CREDITED for a future surgery date. The deposit is valid for 1 year.
Deposits for private care vary per package is due upon the time of booking service. I'm unable to hold or guarantee a date/slot without a paid deposit. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE OR TRANFERRABLE. Traveling Fee are included in prices.
Staying past schedule services will lead to a $50.00 overtime fee
One time only rescheduling allowed for appointments. No email, no show, forfeit deposit. Same day cancellation forfeits deposit & will need to make a brand new appt. with brand new deposit.
Dolls keep in mind when you are booking your private care, Hotel/Airbnb make sure there is parking space for your nurse. The Nurse is not responsible for paying for parking

2. Scheduled Appointments
We understand that delays can happen however, we must keep the other patients on time. If a patient is 10 minutes past their scheduled time, we will have to reschedule/cancel the appointment.
