Photographers attending the Texas School of Professional Photography in Addison, TX April 23-April 28, 2023 learn through photographing people. We typically need Families, High School Seniors, Couples, Sports Teams, Individuals, Babies, Kids, and Tweens for our photographers to photograph. You do not have to be a professional model or have any experience to apply, but you do need to be available, and the more time you are available, the more likely you will be asked to model for one of the classes. Please include information about specific looks, sports gear, musical instruments, costumes, etc that you may want to bring to be photographed so we can match you with the instructor model requests. Texas School Instructors have requested models Monday, April 24-Thursday, April 27th, 2023. I will review Model Applications and match models to the Instructor Requests starting Mid-March. Please sign up each person who is available so we have their information even if you are part of a group being photographed(a cheer team, band, etc). Please note the team when filling out the form. You will be notified when you are placed in the schedule to confirm your availability, appointment time, and location. If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know asap so we can place a different model. Please be sure the email you give us is an active email where we will be able to reach you quickly. Each appointment will have it's own email, so it is important that if you receive multiple emails, you open and reply to each email. We will be sending reminders and communications regarding each appointment.

As a thank you for your time and efforts, Texas School of Professional Photography would like to offer digital files from your session. Instructors vary, some may give you 10+ images per hour. A few classes are more artistic and will give you an edited, finished work of art digital file. Please feel free to visit www.TexasSchool.org to review the photographers sample images to find out more about their style. The number of images depend on the instructor, and may vary greatly depending on the class. Images will be delivered digitally through an email with a Dropbox link to download your images from each session, within 2 weeks. If you have any questions, include it in the form, and we will contact you if you are matched with an Instructor's Model Request. Texas School Instructors have assistants we call Wranglers. These are people attending the conference who are helping instructors keep the classroom running smoothly, they do not typically work for the instructor outside of the week of class. Sometimes they are meeting them for the first time during the week of our event. Wranglers may contact you anytime after April 20th to talk to you about what you will wear, where to meet, and answer any questions about the photography session appointment. If you do not hear from the wrangler before your appointment, please use the information in your schedule for what to bring and where to go. Please arrive dressed and ready to be photographed unless noted in your appointment. Be on time or early, as there are 10-30 people in each class that may be waiting on you.

The location of your appointment is included in our correspondence and a few classes are located close to the Renaissance Hotel. Please note that locations may vary if you are scheduled for more than one appointment. Please plan to arrive at your appointment ready to be photographed(hair and makeup done). You may want to bring a few options for clothing within the instructions on your appointment. Don't forget props, shoes, belts, or other accessories that may make the images more fun! If you have ideas, please discuss with your Wrangler when they confirm your appointment.
