The participating players and their parents acknowledge that the soccer training classes are conducted in accordance with the COVIDSafe Plan. The participating players and their parents agree and understand that as per the Plan they will be required to, or not to, act in certain ways during the class time in the interest of public safety. The participating players and their parents acknowledge that soccer training and games are contact sport and accordingly the participating players and their parents hold Southern Star Soccer School and its running body harmless against all claims of whatsoever nature arising out of any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of any player participating in to this class. Southern Star Soccer School recommends that your children be covered by your own private health insurance.
サザンスターサッカースクールは、楽しく安全なクラスの提供に最善を尽くしますが、サッカーはコンタクトスポーツであり、クラス内で起こりうる怪我等の可能性を完全に排除できません。サザンスターサッカースクールとその運営母体はクラス中に起きたアクシデントによる怪我等への責任を一切負いかねますので予めご了承ください。スポーツ中の怪我等をカバーする保険の加入をお勧めします。また、クラス中の個人の所有物の破損や紛失等に関しても責任を負うことができませんので、予めご了承ください。
Parents/Applicants are encouraged to bring the normal soccer safety equipment such as shin guards in to the class.
すねあてなどの怪我防止のための用具の使用をお勧めします。
The parents/Applicants give consent for Southern Star Soccer School to use the photos and or videos taken during the sessions for its promotional purposes (eg: Facebook Page).
