With 5 bedrooms available, three doubles and two twins, all rooms are shared. If you'd rather share with someone you know, why not bring a friend or partner along to share the experience with you! Just let us know once you've booked and we'll make sure you end up together.

Option 1: Double Room, Shared (£410pp)

We have two double rooms available.

Most retreaters will be coming alone, so sharing a room with someone is a great way to do it - from experience, this is where some of the strongest friendships are formed!

Option 2: King Room, Shared (£420pp)

We have one king room available.

Option 3: Twin Room, Shared (£440pp)

Twin rooms are set up with two single beds.

Most retreaters will be coming alone, so sharing a room with someone is a great way to do it - from experience, this is where some of the strongest friendships are formed!

All payments will be made by bank transfer and bank details will be provided upon booking.

 

All bookings are required to make a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your place.

Option 2: King Room, Shared - £420pp

Option 2: Twin Room, Shared - £440pp

Price includes all activities, accommodation and (most importantly) food for the entire weekend.

 

PAYMENT PLANS

Full Payment: You can choose to either pay the full payment upfront (choose the 'Full Payment' option upon booking)

or

Deposit Only: Pay the £100 non-refundable deposit only today (choose the 'Deposit Only' option upon booking). The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment timeline below.

 

Payment timeline

£100 deposit - paid upon booking.

The remaining balance can be paid across three months, with minimum monthly payments of £100, across the payment dates as below:

12th May 2022

12th June 2022

12th July 2022

Full payment must be made before 12th July 2022.

For example, if you are choosing Option 1, you can pay £100 today. Then £100 on 12th May, £100 on 12th June then £110 on 12th July. 

We understand that life happens, and there may be an instance where you can no longer attend this retreat. 

To give you peace of mind when booking, we have updated our refund policy.

If we cannot move forward with the retreat as a result of Covid and we cancel your booking, you will get a full refund minus your deposit which can be moved to a retreat/event of your choice in the future.

If you need to cancel your booking for personal reasons (covid or otherwise), the below policies apply:

• More than 3 months before retreat departure date, full refund minus the non-refundable deposit, this can not be transferred to another retreat.
• 3 months or less before departure date, loss of non-refundable deposit and 50% of the retreat cost will be owed/retained.
• 2 months or less before departure date, loss of non-refundable deposit and 75% of the retreat cost will be owed/retained.
• 1 month or less before departure date, loss of non-refundable deposit and 100% of the retreat cost will be owed/retained.
