The ACCELERATE-HER Program is a sponsored six-month initiative designed to empower and accelerate the growth of women-owned small businesses that are struggling to scale due to limited access to resources.

We recognize that many women entrepreneurs face unique challenges in their growth journey, often finding themselves running what we call “Caged Businesses”—ventures with potential that remain trapped due to resource constraints, lack of networks, or insufficient support structures.

The ACCELERATE-HER Program is not just about short-term support—it is about equipping women entrepreneurs with the confidence, skills, and connections needed to break free from the “cage” and thrive in a competitive marketplace.

Through this program, participants will gain access to:

Business growth strategies tailored for women-owned enterprises.
Mentorship and coaching from experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts.
Resource support to help overcome barriers to scaling.
Networking opportunities with like-minded women in business.
Tools and frameworks to unlock their business’s full potential

To qualify for this program your company must be in operation for a minimum of 2 years, with a turnover of a minimum of R500K per annum, and must be able to submit the following documentation:

5) The applicant / beneficiary agrees to conduct herself in such a manner that will not adversely affect the reputation of the Woman of Stature Foundation and will in no way or form bring the Woman of Stature Foundation into disrepute
