Tattoo Booking Form

Hi! I'm Amanda and no, that's not my real last name. I've been tattooing since 2009 and I do primarily neo-traditional, traditional and illustrative tattoos. I will only be accepting work that fits within my style range.

I am available to tattoo from Wednesday to Saturday 12-6:30pm

*THE SHOP IS CASH ONLY BUT I CAN ALSO ACCEPT E-TRANSFER. CASH IS PREFERRED THOUGH PLEASE*

My rate is $200/hr and I take a $100 deposit for bookings. Deposits are made via etransfer to my email after the submission is approved and an appointment is made. The deposit is non-refundable but comes off the total of the tattoo cost. The deposit is forfeited if you don't show up or cancel within 48hrs of the appointment. My flash is priced according to size/colour/placement and I can give an estimate before booking.

*PLEASE NOTE*

If you're looking for a coverup or there are existing tattoos in the area where your new tattoo will be, I prefer a consultation in person to get a tracing of the area to make sure it all fits well. Please include this in your description and we can set up a consult first.

*I DO NOT SEND OUT DESIGNS AHEAD OF TIME* there is time the day of the tattoo to make minor changes but please make sure to get me all the necessary information ahead of time to avoid the extra work. Please make sure you're comfortable with this process before proceeding.
