RRL: Puppy Adoption Application

Application Process: -Submit this form. -We will review it and contact you with approval. Together we will decide the best reservation list for you via email. -We will then send instructions to pay the $300 Application Fee. (This fee is applied to your total adoption fee but is non-refundable unless we are unable to match you with a puppy based on temperament.) -Once the puppies in your litter are one week old we will require your second payment of $700 to continue to hold your reservation. This fee is also included in your total fee. -For puppies that are flying home, we require the remaining balance to be paid at 6 weeks of age, including taxes and shipping fees. -For puppies being picked up, the final payment of $2240 (2000 plus 240 sales tax) is due in cash at pick-up. -Total adoption fee is $3240 (includes 8% sales tax)

Visitation Policy: We allow visits for approved applicants on a reservation list when those puppies are between 5-7 weeks old. This is scheduled and you will receive an invitation to choose a visiting time slot when the time comes. No other pets are allowed to visit and only people that live in your home due to COVID protocols. We will be speaking to all adult residents to confirm everyone is aware of this application process and wants to have a dog added to the family. Please do not submit this application if you are "trying to talk someone into" adopting this dog or think "once they meet the dog, they will want one" or "I'm getting this dog as a surprise birthday present for them." In those scenarios, you are welcome to email us to discuss the dog, but we would like all adults in the home to be involved in that email discussion.

Please find a groomer now, get prices and find out how far they book. Your puppy will need to see the groomer every 5 weeks. Please plan for this financially and with your time. The average is $60-120 per visit depending on your area and your groomer.

I understand that by submitting the $300 application fee (after approval and matching to a litter) that I am paying for my application to be processed and a consult with the owner of Rainbow Row for the best litter reservation for me. Although this is part of the total adoption fee, this portion is paying for a service that is rendered and will not be refunded if I choose to not get a puppy. I will not ask for this to be refunded because I respect the time and expertise of the application processor and consultant as well as the reservation spot that I am taking for any timeframe away from other applicants. This fee can be transferred to another litter.

Agreement: By signing below, you agree that all information that you have provided is truthful. You understand that Rainbow Row Labradoodles, LLC has the right to refuse to sell you a puppy. You understand that we reserve the right to retain any puppy for our breeding program. You understand that unfortunate events, such as miscarriage, loss of a puppy, or smaller than expected litters can occur. We reserve the right to use a different stud for any breeding at our discretion and this does not qualify you for a refund of your deposit.You also understand that "Hypoallergenic pets" are breeds of pet animals that are less likely to trigger allergic reactions in people who are sensitized to the pet species (Wikipedia). No pet is allergy free, only less likely to induce an allergic reaction.We will contact you with approval and request your application fee after we review your application. Fees may be returned at anytime at the discretion of the breeder. Applicant and breeder all agree that any return of fees means that any and all verbal or implied agreements to sell a puppy to that applicant are then terminated.
