Private Workshop or Coaching
Individual meditation coaching is a way to start or deepen your personal practice. Anne-Marie will work with your schedule to arrange a private coaching session. Depending on the season and weather, we can arrange to meet outdoors which is a wonderful way to practice mindful meditation. The cost for individual meditation coaching is $75 per hour; local taxes, travel and rental space additional.

Partner Workshop
Partner coaching is an option for meditation coaching that provides motivation and buddy support. Anne-Marie will work with your schedule to arrange partner sessions either in your home, in an outdoor space or a rented space (extra). The cost for partner meditation coaching is $125 per hour for both; local taxes, travel and rental space additional.

Family Mindfulness Workshop
Bringing meditation into your family is a key mission of Mindful Frontiers. Anne-Marie will work with your schedule to arrange family sessions either in your home, an outdoor location or a rented space.The cost for a family meditation workshop is $75 / hour plus $10 per child; local taxes, travel and rental space are additional.

Group Workshop or Training
Group workshops are for 3 or more people attending a meditation class for 2 to 3 hours and can be customized for your organization or group. The cost for a group workshop or training is $200 / hour plus local taxes, travel and rental space (if necessary) for 3 to 4 participants. We look forward to creating a mindful meditation experience that fits your group’s needs. Please ask for a quote for workshops with more than 4 participants.

Classroom Mindfulness Program
Classroom mindfulness programs are a 6-week series of lessons. Each lesson covers a different kind of mindfulness. The lessons are between 45 to 1 hour long and are age appropriate for K-12 grades. Please ask about details.
