Capability Statement Redesign Instructions
If you're requesting a redesign only, follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and timely process.
📤 Step 1: Submit Your Materials via JotForm
Please upload the following to the JotForm:
🔷 Your current Capability Statement (PDF, Word, or PowerPoint)
🔷 Your logo (preferably high-resolution PNG or vector format)
🔷 Brand colors or brand guidelines (if available)
🔷 Any updated contact information you’d like reflected
🔷 New certifications, NAICS codes, or capabilities that need to be added (optional)
🔷 Headshot or team photo (optional, if you'd like one included)
🔍 Step 2: Review + Design Kickoff
Once we receive your materials, we will:
🔷 Review your existing Capability Statement
🔷 Confirm your submission via email within 24–48 hours
🔷 Begin the redesign process, incorporating professional formatting, layout, and visual updates
🎨 Step 3: First Draft Delivery
You’ll receive your first redesigned draft within 5 business days. This will include:
🔷 Updated layout and design
🔷 Refreshed visual style
🔷 Your existing content placed into a clean, editable format
✏️ Step 4: Revisions (1 Round Included)
🔷 Review the draft and submit any minor edits or changes
🔷 One round of revisions is included in your package
🔷 Final edits will be returned within 2 business days
📦 Step 5: Final Delivery
You will receive:
🔷 PDF version for ready-to-send use
🔷 Editable file (Canva) for future updates
Your redesigned Capability Statement will be professional, clean, and agency-ready.
