Textcare is a one-way service, so you will not be able to respond directly to the text messages received.
We can only respond to requests by the person who wants to receive texts, not to ones sent on another person's behalf.
Textcare is NOT a crisis service. If you need support in a crisis, please refer to our website.
Due to the demand of the service you need to submit your request a minimum of 72 hours before the time you would like to receive a message.

We may on certain occasions call you to clarify what support might be helpful for us to include in our Textcare service to you.
Unfortunately we are unable to send text messages to non-UK mobile numbers or numbers outside of the UK.
