We're sorry you need to return your item, but we understand there may be times when that purchase just doesn't quite match the expectation! We'll happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused condition, in its original packaging and within 30 days of receipt
If your item was damaged in transit, or a fault has devloped within the first 30 days we will happily collect this item for you at no cost, or provide you with contact details for a local repair center. If the item is no longer required, or does not meet your expectations you will need to arrange for the item to be sent back using your own courier.

*A restocking fee may be charged at the discretion of Trafalgar Cleaning Equipment Ltd.
*All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with a receipt or order confirmation.
If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within the warranty period it will be repaired or replaced at no charge providing that the repairs are carried out by an approved dealer. Return of the item is your responsibility after 30 days.
Items should be received in good condition, with all component parts and manuals, along with any promotional items received. You should also include a copy of your proof of purchase.
Please ensure all petrol/diesel products are drained of fuel and oil, due to the road transport regulation. Please package your item securely to prevent damage during transportation, in the original box, or a suitable box secured with clear tape, not brown parcel tape, along with a copy of your invoice. We can not be held responsible for any damage whilst in transit. If no fault is found with the product, the product will be returned and a handling charge will apply.
Returning items to us
All goods must be returned in its original packaging or if you do not have the orginal packaging you should provide your own. If the goods are returned not in the original packaging then a handling charge will be applied.
Declaration
Should the goods be returned to us with a suspected fault that is later found to be due to incorrect operation of the machine or setting up the machine incorrectly then any return costs we have incurred will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend before you submit this application of return that you have checked the product is set up in accordance with the operating manual.
