Stormhouse Brewing is located in North Pam Beach Florida in the Crystal Cove Commons We are the newest addition to the North Palm & Palm Beach Gardens brew community!!

The Stormhouse Local Monthly Market is held the 1st Sunday of every month from 12-4pm in the Winter & Spring and 5:30-8:30pm in the Summer (beginning in April). Our market is held all year round!!

We have an assortment of vendors that range from coffee & teas,pet supplies,art,soap,skin care products,clothing,baked goods,plants,fishing supplies and more!!

We DO NOT charge a vending fee!! We believe in supporting locals and their businesses!!

We only require that each participating vendor is noteably active in marketing by word of mouth and social media platform.

Approval of Application does NOT guarantee a vending spot for every market.

Vendors are chosen on a Month to Month Basis

Requirements & Event Information

Vendor selection varies from month to month. Vendors set up sizes are 8x8-10x10 in size and we can accommodate up to 20 vendors depending on set up size.

We try to give all vendors that pass the application location process the ability to participate in the market so there will be a cycling of vendors. 

Vendors will be asked to come 1 hour early for set up & we keep extra hands on deck to help with any set up processes.

Each vendors will need to provide their own:
>>>>  Tent
>>>>  Table
>>>>  Banner or sign 

**** We require each vendor to have a 8x8 or a 10x10 vendors canopy tent****

**Due to the market being held partly outside this requirement helps protect the vendors products and from any weather issues**

Vendor Agreement 

-Vendor shall take the proper safety and health precautions to protect patrons, the City, the public, and the property of others.

-Vendor shall be responsible for all damage to persons and/or property that occur as a result of the vendor’s negligence or misconduct.

-Vendor agrees to notify the Stormhouse Market Vendor Manager in writing (via:email, social media or text) at least seventy-two (72) hours or three days in advance of the upcoming Stormhouse Market if they are unable to participate.               

Failure to notify the Stormhouse Market Vendor Manager with the proper notice may result in cancellation of future reservations.

-Vendor agrees to be honest and at all times conduct themselves in a courteous manner. Discrimination, rude, abusive, offensive, or other disruptive conduct is strictly prohibited.

Insurance & Liability

Vendors are encouraged to carry liability insurance for the activities or products sold, including the production and/or manufacturing of such products. Stormhouse Brewing does not assume any liability for damages to goods or property of the lessee from fire, theft, water or storm or any liability for accidents of persons
or property caused under or by virtue of the operations of lessee under this contract. I have read and understand
the accompanying agreement conditions/market rules posted on line and agree to hold
Stormhouse Brewing (including all employees) harmless for loss of articles. I
understand that any and all commercial liability insurance provided Stormhouse Brewing does not cover vendors as individuals and that if a vendor would
like to be insured, or is required to be insured to sell at the market, the vendor is responsible for providing their
own insurance.

I also understand that it is up to individual vendors to take full responsibility for their own products and services. 
I understand that any rules and / or guidelines of this agreement may change at which time I will be notified.
