Expansion Notification Form

To ensure the genetic purity of all Sod Solutions proprietary turfgrasses, licensed producers are required to notify Sod Solutions before any expansion. The purpose of this notification is twofold:

To enable the inspection of the plant material to be used for expansion.

To ensure that the expansion is taking place on land that has been sufficiently prepared, particularly for those grasses that require participation in either Sod Solutions Accredited Licensed Turfgrass (SALT) or any AOSCA approved agency.

This DOES NOT include the initial plant stock planting, which is a separate process. If you are submitting a request to receive your initial plant stock, please click here. Otherwise, please follow the following steps.

You must be able to provide the latitude and longitude coordinates of the southwest corner of the field that plant stock is originating from and the field in which it is to be planted.

Joel Lane or your Sod Solutions Territory Manager will coordinate a pre and post-planting inspection.

PLEASE NOTE: If you plan on expanding more than one Sod Solutions variety at the same time, you will need to submit one expansion notification form per grass variety.
