THE WIT SCHOOL ADMISSION FORM - NEW STUDENT INFORMATION

Purpose: The purpose of this form is to collect all required information about a child enrolling in any of the Whale Learning Group Education Centers.

Direction: The Center Director gives this form to the child's parent or guardian to complete in its entirety and returns it to the school before the child's first day of enrolment which shall be kept on file for as long as the child remains a student of the school.

CHILD SAFETY UNDERTAKING:

Under the Ghana law, any area within 1000 feet of a school is a gang-free zone, where criminal offences have harsher penalties and The WIT school is listed within a gang-free zone at all its locations.
Prior to enrolling my child, please select a date if you would like to schedule a meeting with the head of school to tour our facility, meet the teachers and staff and or discuss admissions and other matters. Available times are between 9am to 10am or Afterschool hours from 3:00pm - 5:00pm
A printed copy of your child’s admission forms will be kept on file for the duration of his or her time at TWS. You’re therefore encouraged to DOWNLOAD fill and print out this form, attach the corresponding documents and submit to the school administrator on the day your child’s first day in school.
