PAYMENTS: All entries should be paid via VENMO. If you do not have a Venmo account please arrange for someone else to send entry payment for you. Every Venmo payment should include the COMPETITORS FULL NAME in the information box so we can match the payment to the correct entry.
Any Entries not paid in full by the closing date of 11:59PM the Sunday before the show will be charged an additional $25 late fee.
Any Entries submitted after the closing date of 11:59 PM the Sunday before the show will be charged an additional $25 late fee.
Any Entries scratched or withdrawn before the closing date of 11:59pm the Sunday before the show will receive a refund less the $25 office/grounds fee.
REMEMBER: Any Entries scratched or withdrawn after the closing date will not be refunded! Partial show credit may only be offered if medical/veterinary documentation is provided prior to the start of the show.
If the show is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, prior to 11:59pm the Friday night before the show, the show organizers will determine if show credit will be offered or refunds will be sent.
If any part of the show is cancelled due to inclement weather, after the show has started on Saturday, refunds will not be given.
