Winnipeg Studio Theatre's StudioWorks Academy may use any photograph, or video taken of me/my child at The School, or any performance for promotional or news media purposes.

Winnipeg Studio Theatre's StudioWorks Academy, its faculty, and its volunteers shall be indemnified, defended and held harmless by students and guardians for any injuries and any act, claim, expense or damages arising out of or related thereof, suffered by or caused by students.

Winnipeg Studio Theatre's StudioWorks Academy is not responsible for any lost, misplaced or stolen items.

Tuition is non-refundable unless classes are cancelled by Director.
