Cannon requires all families, both those who have utilized our service in the current and/or previous years and those who have not, to submit this Bus Transportation Agreement for 2022-2023 if bus service is desired.

Please note that we will not automatically roll-forward your enrollment from the current year to next year - you must opt-in to transportation services.

Agreement Terms
I understand that in the event of a significant difference between planned transportation fuel costs and actual costs, Cannon School may add a surcharge to the contract costs.

I understand that bus service is being offered subject to space and routing limitations.

I understand that a student's bus priviledges can be suspended for unacceptable behavior.

I understand that routes and stops are subject to change.

I understand that by submitting this Transportation Agreement we release, hold harmless, and exonerate Cannon School from any liability which may occur from the use of transportation services.
