  • This form must be completed annually prior to entering applicant’s first KRHA Non-Pro class.

    Before submitting your application, please carefully read and answer the following statements.

    NOTE: If the following statements are not answered or the form is not signed, your declaration will not be accepted and will be returned to you for completion. Non-Pro status is extended on a temporary basis and is subject to revocation. Non-Pro status will be null and void if it is determined that you do not qualify under Non-Pro conditions, as defined in the KRHA Handbook.

  • I have NOT within the previous three years of submitting this application:

    • Shown, trained, or assisted in training a horse/ equine not owned by myself or an immediate family member for remuneration, including entry fees, lodging, transportation, mileage, etc.
    • Instructed another person in riding, training, or showing for remuneration. 
    • Held credentials of a horse show judge for any equine organization or have judged a horse/ equine show for remuneration.

    NOTE: KRHA defines remuneration as compensation from cash, cash equivalent, exchange of services or anything else of value.

  • I have not previously won the KRHA Novice Non-Pro year end high point award.

    I have not placed in the top three year end high point in any division (excluding 13 & Under) for three years, consecutively or non-consecutively.

    I understand I cannot compete in the Novice division on a stallion.

  • By submitting below, I ACCEPT the rules and regulations relating to Non-Pro status in the KRHA, and affirm the truth of all statements above. I agree to notify KRHA within 30 days if I no longer meet the Non Pro Criteria.

    Based on your answers to the Non Pro Eligibility questions, you do not meet the criteria to show in the Non Pro or Novice Non Pro divisions. You will be eligible for the Open division, Non-Nominated division or possibly the Junior horse division(Horse must be five years of age or younger as of January 1, 2024).
