Fill out and submit this form. We will call or email you to set up your photo shoot. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your request, please call the office. We do NOT have access to a Supra Key. You must arrange for someone to be at the property to let the photographer inside. Please note that Studio 3 does NOT call the customer to schedule the appointment.
In addition to Monday thru Friday, we are Temporarily offering limited weekend shoots on Saturdays and Sundays for an additional $50. Please call for availability.

Unless pre-approved, PAYMENT is due on the day of the shoot. Please have a check on location or a charge card on file. If paying with a charge card you must either have a card on file with us or call us with a new card prior to day of shoot. We DO NOT have open accounts. Add 3% for credit card usage. There will be a $35 cancellation fee if you cancel the scheduled shoot the day before or the day of the shoot date and time.
