This form is to be filled out by PARENTS/GUARDIANS or SIBLINGS OF GRADUATES ONLY. 

This form is meant to be filled out ONCE per "FAMILY-TYPE" group who are arriving and leaving campus together. If your family/group are not all arriving/leaving on the same days, please fill out separate forms. Also if there is more than 9 in your family group, then you will need to fill out an additional form.

All other attendees (non family) should fill out the General Registration form instead, which will be open in May.

Current Fountainview staff and students do not need to register.

Please fill out each field in order, otherwise the form will not calculate fields correctly. 

Guest 1 should be the contact person for the family group. If choosing "Other" for relationship type below, you must specify the type of relationship. It's important for us to have every guest's relationship to the senior because reserved seating at graduation will be based off this information. That's why it's also important that all guests are registered to attend, using either this Family Registration form, or the General Registration form.

Choose one free Fountainview-provided accommodation per graduate family (if needed).

We will do our best to offer one free accommodation for each graduate. However due to limited guest rooms and housing options on campus, if graduate families are willing to stay with their child(ren) in dorm room(s), tent, or RV, we would really appreciate it! There are a few rooms available, these may be a room in a staff home or dorm room. Please note that these rooms will be prioritized based on health needs and considerations of our guests. Please indicate in the comment box at the end of the form to let us know the specific reason for your need. 

If you are willing to camp, we do have some tents and bedding that we can set up for you. However if local families (those driving to grad) are willing to camp, we would appreciate if you would bring your own tent/bedding.

For those camping, washrooms and showers will be available around campus.

If you need additional accommodations (beyond your one free alloted graduate family accomodation) for your family, we would like to request that you indicate this in the section at the bottom of this page.

There are a number of hotels in Lillooet listed down below that may be able to provide accommodations as well.

Up to 12 single meal tickets will be provided, free of charge, for each graduate. You can use these as you wish. For example, two family members can have free cafeteria meals from Friday supper to Sunday lunch or they could be distributed amongst your guests for various meals.

Other cafeteria meals from Thursday breakfast to Sunday supper will be available for $15.00 (ages 8-up) per meal and at no cost for ages 0-7. Meals before or after those dates will be charged at a rate of $10 per meal.

Children age 7 and under eat free. If you have children ages 0-7, DO NOT register them for meals below.

When you arrive on campus, please pick up your meal tickets from the front desk. You will need to submit the meal tickets at each meal.

Please note that meal fees are non-refundable.

Please refer to the amount in the "Total Amount Owing" box below, indicate your planned method of payment, and make payment accordingly. All payments must be received prior to graduation weekend! Where possible, please have payments finalized by June 10, 2026. 

Please Note: Payments will not be processed as donations; no donation receipts will be given. All rates listed are in CANADIAN DOLLARS.

To process your payment through etransfer or debit/credit, please click the link in your confirmation email. You will then be taken to the school's portal to process the payment based on your location. 

Payment may also be made with Canadian checks. If you plan on sending a check, it should be received in our office by June 10th.  Checks should be made payable to "Fountainview Academy" and mailed to:
