4. Slime / Genuine Innovations has the right to decline a warranty. Please read the terms below.

As per the Slime / Genuine Innovations Website:

ITW Global Tire Repair Inc. (“ITWGTR”) warrants that its Genuine Innovations branded products (“Products”) will be free from manufacturing defects for the applicable Warranty Period as follows. This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, abuse or unsafe use, claimant’s failure to follow the operating instructions, alteration to the product, or negligence. Any warranties shall be limited to ninety (90) days in duration.
