  • All prospective Purchasers wishing to make an offer to purchase the property will be required to submit their offer in writing in the prescribed manner, that being a signed Contract of Sale and Section 32 Statement stating the terms and conditions of your offer accompanied by a deposit [consideration].

    Please note: A verbal offer from you or acceptance by the vendor is not binding on either party. A Contract of Sale signed by both the Purchaser and the Vendor accompanied by a deposit is the only legally binding Contract.

  • Please understand that it is crucial that you submit your highest and best offer as there have been several instances where purchasers have been successful by as little as $100.00.


    We will not be coming back to ask for higher offers you will have only one opportunity to submit your highest and best offer. All offers remain confidential and will not be disclosed to other parties.

    Once the deadline passes, the Vendor will determine which of the offers best suits them. They will then sign the relevant Contract; the signed Contract will be shared with purchaser and the property is deemed sold pending any accepted conditions.

  • All unsuccessful parties will be notified as soon as possible and kept updated on the progress of any conditions of the successful Contract.
