By registering to be a vendor, you agree that you have read and qualify according to our Vendor Guidelines. If you do not meet the guidelines,you will be notified and your registration fee will be refunded. Thank you.

• Early Bird Registration: $95 per table (with coupon code for credit card)
  
• Standard Registration: $125 per table

Vendor Table - Space for one table is approximately 8ft x 5ft which includes 1 banquet table, 1 ad on SCCHE website Virtual Vendor Hall for 1 year, 2 chairs and up to 2 lunches.  Additional tables are available for $70 each.  Maximum 3 tables.  No outside tables allowed.

EZ-ups will be provided for outside vendors. Tables will be marked with your business name and will be your designated space for the day. Space changing and extra tables are not allowed on the day.  You will need to provide your own linens, decor and signs.  WiFi will be available.

Other requirements - Please let us know if you need access to electrical outlet. You must provide your own wiring for any audio visual and power needs and large mats to cover cords at walking areas.  No duct tape.

Information Bags - We will include one piece of literature in each of the 125 information bags to be given to conference attendees. All literature to be inserted must be received NO LATER THAN JUNE 18th.  No guarantee of inclusion if received after June 18th.

I acknowledge that the Southern California Catholic Home Educators, hereby referred to as "SCCHE" organizers, team members, hosts, and venue cannot guarantee that I or my child(ren) will not become infected with Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of my child becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, the participants, organizers, team members, hosts, and venue of SCCHE.

By attending the SCCHE event, I am agreeing to the potentiality of myself and/or my child(ren) contracting Covid, and take full responsibility for that decision.

On behalf of myself and my minor child(ren), I hereby release and agree to hold SCCHE’s organizers, team members, hosts, and venue harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act, by anyone involved in the event.

I understand that this release discharges the SCCHE organizers, team members, hosts, and venue from any liability or claim that I, my child, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, the event.
