Thank you for your interest in Southside Cultural Center. We welcome you to utilize our building for events and programs that are in line with our mission to connect, cultivate and engage community through the arts.
Note that we book at least 3 weeks in advance and on a first come first serve basis.To book a space at Southside Cultural Center, you must complete this form. You can expect a response from staff within 3 business days. Once we confirms availability for your request, we will ask you to sign our Rental Agreement Form. Receipt of a signed Rental Agreement form will secure your rental.

MAIN LEVEL COMMUNITY SPACE • Non-members: $105/hour; Members: $75/hour; 150 person capacity, handicap accessible, stage, access to kitchen, hardwood floors, wall suitable for projections, electrical outlets, table and chairs upon request.
MAIN LEVEL CONFERENCE ROOM • $25/hour
UPPER LEVEL THEATER • $125/hour. 300 person capacity, table and chairs upon request (+ $50. for maintenance personnel fee)
LOWER LEVEL ROOM 101 • Non-Member: $45/hour; Member: $25 / hour, 10-25 person capacity, tables, chairs, access to kitchen
LOWER LEVEL ROOM 102 • Non-Member: $45/hour; Member: $25 / hour, 10-25 person capacity, tables, chairs, access to kitchen
LOWER LEVEL ROOM 103 • Non-Member: $45/hour; Member: $25 / hour, 10-25 person capacity, tables, chairs, access to kitchen
LOWER LEVEL ROOM 108 • Non-Member: $45/hour; Member: $25 / hour, 10-50 person capacity, tables, chairs, access to kitchen
SOUTHLIGHT/THE LAWN • $700 for the first 4 hours. Non-Members: $175/hour thereafter; Members: $125/hour thereafter
