SUPERSTARS CAMPS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All bookings made for Superstars Holiday Camps must be booked and paid in advance by either credit/debit card (plus platform fee), BACS or childcare vouchers.
All children booked onto Superstars Holiday Camps must be reasonably fit and healthy and capable of taking part in the course. You must full disclose all relevant information on this booking form.
Superstars reserve the right to modify acivities and trips due to adverse weather conditions, low attendance or other unforeseen circumstances.
Child or children should be dressed appropriately for the activity they are taking party in. We reserve the right to refuse admittance or taking part in the activity not appropriately dressed (i.e. Zorbing, children must not have zips, catches or hoodies on clothing).
Superstars reserves the right to remove a child or children from the course, or to refuse admittance should we deem it necessary to do so. This includes where a child or children does not comply with the safety rules and advice, does not act responsibly and courteously, is disruptive does not participate or affects the of camp for the other children.
If you have a complaint about Superstars Holiday Camps or any activity that happens on site, please speak to the Camp Manager at the site who will be more than happy to deal with any concerns. If you feel this has not resolved your concern please email info@littlesuperstars.co.uk whereby a member of our management team will investigate any concerns and get back to you within 3 working days

DISCLAIMER

By accepting these terms and conditions, you understand and agree that: the activities of the camp(s) on which any participant is enrolled involve an inherent risk of injury; you are responsible for the participants safety and accept this, inherent risk in order for our child to participate in the course, you will ensure that the participant acts and behaves appropriately and complies at all times with our safety rules and procedures in order to minimise risk, you will ensure that the participant immediately cease; performant of the activities if you are concerned about the safety of the activities or health of the participant; in the event of an accident or any damage, loss, injury or death we will not liable for any direct to indirect loss, damage or injury arising from in connection with activities undertaken on the course, you accept that we will undertake all necessary risk assessments and deliver the camp(s) in as safe as possible a manner, but that this does not remove all risk of injury to the participant; and you hereby waive all and any claims against us in respect of the above clause.

CONFORMATION

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SUBMITTING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
