JunkFest is a juried show. If accepted to be at this event you will receive a paypal invoice by email. (Please watch your spam folder.) Unpaid spaces WILL NOT be held. You are not guaranteed access to electricity so please be prepared to have a generator. Food vendors are asked to please work together to park trailers in an orderly fashion and allow ample room for customer lines. Extension cords are to be placed in a manner that will not cause trip hazards.*

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO CLICKING THE BOX AND SUBMITTING THE FORM.

"By clicking the box below, I acknowledge that I have read these Vendor Guidelines and that I agree to abide by them. I have been notified that JunkFest, as well as the Foster County Fairboard, will assume NO LIABILITY for myself, as a vendor, nor my merchandise, nor my displays or any other physical property I bring to the Foster County Fairgrounds, therefore, I will hold them harmless in the event of any theft, loss, or damage."

*You are NOT required to have a ND tax ID# to participate in this show; however, JunkFest is required to submit a list of participating vendors, with their perspective ND tax permit numbers, to the ND State Tax Commission. Please display your Sales & Use tax permit at your booth. Collect city and state tax as required and send it in. (ND tax is 5%, Carrington city tax is 2%)

*Vendor fees must be paid within 10 days of receiving an acceptance invoice. Unpaid spaces will not be held. JunkFest is a rain or shine event. Cancellation refunds will be as follows: Cancel by July 1st-80% refund; cancel by August 1st-50% refund; after August 1st 50% refunds will only be considered, but not gauranteed, if your booth space can be resold prior to the day of the event. Failure to pay in a timely manner will open your spot for another vendor.

*Vendors need to furnish their own tables, chairs, tools, extension cords and/or canopies. Canopies allowed in outdoor spaces only and must fit within your booth area. (Outdoor spaces DO NOT have electricity, and those that do will not be guaranteed accessible.) Flea market hours are 9am-4pm. Vendors MUST BE READY TO SELL TO THE PUBLIC BY 9:00am sharp, and remain open until 4:00pm. Food vendors are allowed to open early.

*Sales of tobacco products, alcohol, guns, ammunition, knives, animals, fireworks, or pornography is strictly prohibited! JunkFest reserves the right to decline booth space to any vendor at any time, or to ask any vendor to remove merchandise that it deems inappropriate. No vendor may sell food or drinks without prior approval from JunkFest.

*NO PETS by vendors are allowed on Foster County Fairgrounds property during the sale per venue policy.

*Vendors are responsible for insuring their booth and personal property. JunkFest will not be held responsible for theft or damage to vendor property. JunkFest assumes NO LIABILITY nor extends any liability coverage for vendors and/or their property.

*Additional terms set forth due to unforeseen circumstance is at the sole discretion of JunkFest and will be handled on a case by case basis.
