Renter to Homeowner - You are renting and ready to level-up your assets and buy your first - or next home. You have little experience and can't afford to make costly mistakes. You are willing to invest the time for some additional earned income and a bigger future.
Homeowner to Investor - You own your home and are ready to increase your income and grow your wealth with one or more Income Properties. You are willing to work part-time on your real estate business to earn a mix of active and passive income.
Investor to Business Owner - You are already a real estate investor and it's time to get into high-gear and expand your business and your income. You are ready to work full-time on your business for massive results.
When thinking about how active you want to be in you real estate investing business, where would you place your intended activity level on a scale from 0 to 10?
0 = Fully Active 10 = Fully Passive
FULLY ACTIVE You are “hands-on” in some, or all, of your investing activity. You usually work directly with some, or all, of the transaction team including realtors, contractors, appraisers, etc. You are responsible to make decisions that directly impact the activity of the investment. Your goals include being directly involved in some or all aspects of the investment activity.
For Example: your portfolio consists of Adding Value or income properties fully managed by you, and your activity consists of raising other people’s money through private equity or private lending to acquire more property.
FULLY PASSIVE You are “hands-off” in your investing activity. You do not often work directly with the transition team including realtors, contractors, appraisers, etc. You generally have little to no direct decision-making ability regarding the activity of the investment. You want to earn your return on investment with as little involvement as possible.
For Example: your portfolio consists of private equity investments, private lending investments, or income properties fully managed by someone else, and your activity consists of managing your passive portfolio for diversification and maximum returns.
