At Ease Acres Puppy Purchase Application:

Thank you for considering us as the breeder for your corgi puppy! We are committed to helping you find the perfect puppy for your family.
Our puppy prices start at $1,800.00 and up, unless otherwise stated in writing from At Ease Acres.

To ensure a successful pairing with our pups we kindly ask that you take a few moments to answer the following questions about your lifestyle and home enviornment. All information will be kept strictly confidential and used only by us to assist you in finding the best match.

** Please note that the submission of this application DOES NOT guarantee availability of a puppy.  We reserve the right to screen all applications to ensure the best possible outcome for both our puppies and your family. We reserve the right to not approve an application. We require a deposit to be placed on our waiting list. A spot on our waiting list is not considered reserved until a deposit is received and a confirmation has been sent by us. **
