Lost and Found Pet Form
If you are reporting more than one lost pet, please use a separate form for each one. Your pet’s photo and information will be posted on the Sussex SAR for Lost Dogs Facebook page and kept in our system. If you have any questions, please contact search@sussexsarforlostdogs.org.uk

*PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY POST LOST/FOUND PETS FROM THE SUSSEX AREA.*

If you have lost or found a pet outside of this area, please post to DogLost.co.uk You will need a photo of the pet in order to post. Please post a photo of the pet only, Use a clear (not blurry) picture, preferably a full body of your lost pet.

If you are posting a found pet and would like to keep certain markings secret in order to help prove ownership, you may post a photo of only the pet's face. However a PHOTO of the actual pet is REQUIRED.

Please make sure the file is in image format (JPG) and less than 2000kb

If you are not the owner, you acknowledge that you have permission/consent from the owner to submit this form. This would include photo, name, phone number and/or email address.

Please be advised that Sussex SAR for Lost Dogs, not Facebook, is requesting this information in order to help facilitate the recovery of your missing pet by communicating your contact information to our Facebook page, group or website.
