Informed Consent
I understand that the Holistic/Alternative Healing provided by Vicki Tracy PLLC is intended to enhance relaxation, increase communication within the areas of the body, and to educate me to possible energetic or emotional blocks that may create pain and disease. These services are non-invasive, safe, and objective. They utilize the body’s own innate intelligence to reestablish communication within itself.
I understand that these sessions are not a substitute for medical treatment or medications. I am aware that Vicki Tracy PLLC does not diagnose illness or disease, nor does she prescribe medications. Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Vicki Tracy PLLC from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my session(s).
I agree that I will not partake of alcohol, or any mind-altering substances at least 4 hours before my session. I understand that if I choose to use such substances that the readings and information that Vicki may intuit from my innate intelligence may be inadequate for my highest healing.

Payments, Cancellations, Missed Appointments, and Refund Policy
Payments
I accept Cash, CashApp, PayPal, and checks from established clients.
On-line Session Payment
It is my preference to take care of the payment before the session. Payments are gathered at the time of booking through my scheduling system, or you may pay via CashApp or PayPal any time after we schedule your session.
In-Person Session Payment
In-person sessions may be paid on-line at the time of booking, in advance via CashApp or PayPal any time after we schedule your session, or at the beginning of your session.
Cancellations for Prepaid Appointments
Any prepaid appointments may be cancelled for a full refund**, up to 24 hours in advance, or the payment may be applied to an appointment rescheduled for a later date*. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 2 to 24 hours of the appointment will be refunded** back at 50% of the session rate or 50% of the amount may be applied to the rescheduled appointment*. No-Show or late cancelled sessions are not refundable. 0 – 2 hours notice.
Cancellation Fees for Non-Prepaid Appointments
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 2 to 24 hours of the appointment will be billed to you at 50% of the session rate. This fee must be paid before you will be allowed to book a new appointment. If you are a no show or have a very last-minute cancelation (0 - 2hours) you will be billed 100% of the session rate. This fee must be paid before you will be allowed to book a new appointment.
Refund Policy
In the event I need to cancel or reschedule you, you are due a full refund** at your request, or we can apply your payment to the new session date*. I will give you as much notice as possible. *If I can’t reschedule you within 30 days, the refund amount will be returned to you. ** Refunds will be made within 72 hours.
