I, the undersigned, for myself or on behalf of my minor child , any heirs, executors and administrators thereof, recognizing there is a risk of injury, do hereby waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have or which may accrue against the World Tang Soo Do Association, Inc., Karate Masters, its affiliates, officers, representatives, successors, officers of the Championship, my own studio, my own instructor, the Greensboro Coliseum, and their workers and/or successors or assigns and against any competitors for any and all injuries, losses, or damages, including, but not limited to personal injuries, property damage, or death, which may be sustained by me. I will obey all required rules and regulations and also assume full responsibility and liability for any of my actions during and in connection with this Championship. If I, or any of my guests, violate any WTSDA rules, I understand we will be ejected from the event, without a refund. I agree that my performance or attendance at the Championship, or both, may be filmed or otherwise recorded or telecast live, and I consent to the use by the World Tang Soo Do Association, its assignees and licensees including any public news media, of my name, likeness, voice, poses, pictures and biographical form or language with or without other materials, throughout the world without limitation, for television, radio and/or theatrical motion pictures by any devices now known or hereafter devised, and I waive any compensation whatsoever in connection with the foregoing and waive all rights to any intellectual property rights which may arise therefrom. I further understand and agree that all fees paid hereunder are NONREFUNDABLE.
Yo, el abajo firmante, por mí mismo o en nombre de mi hijo(a) menor, cualquier heredero, albacea y administrador del mismo, reconociendo que existe un riesgo de lesión, por la presente renuncio y libero para siempre todos y cada uno de los derechos y reclamos por daños que pueda tener, o pueda acumularse en contra de World Tang Soo Do Association, Inc., Karate Masters, sus afiliados, oficiales, representantes, sucesores, oficiales del Campeonato, mi propio estudio, mi propio instructor, el Greensboro Coliseum, y sus trabajadores y/o sucesores o cesionarios y contra cualquier competidor por todas y cada una de las lesiones, pérdidas o daños, incluidos, entre otros, lesiones personales, daños a la propiedad o muerte, que pueda sufrir yo. Obedeceré todas las reglas y regulaciones requeridas y también asumiré total responsabilidad por cualquiera de mis acciones durante y en relación con este Campeonato. Si yo, o cualquiera de mis invitados, violamos las reglas de la WTSDA, entiendo que seremos expulsados del evento, sin reembolso. Acepto que mi actuación o asistencia al Campeonato, o ambas, puedan ser filmadas o grabadas o transmitidas en vivo, y doy mi consentimiento para que la Asociación Mundial de Tang Soo Do, sus cesionarios y licenciatarios, incluidos los medios de comunicación públicos, utilicen mi nombre, semejanza, voz, poses, imágenes y formas biográficas o lenguaje con o sin otros materiales, en todo el mundo sin limitación, para televisión, radio y/o películas cinematográficas por cualquier dispositivo ahora conocido o inventado en el futuro, y renuncio a cualquier compensación en relación con lo anterior y renuncia a cualquier derecho de propiedad intelectual que pueda derivarse de ello.
