Committee on Annual Meeting Planning (One spot available). The deadline to submit nominations is May 15, 2025.
Pleast note that members of CAMP shall serve for a term of three years, with a two-term limit.

Volunteer Member Commitment
- Attend one 3-day, 2-night planning meeting in June/July of each year.
- Join conference calls as needed throughout the year, as schedule allows.
- All members shall attend the SSO Annual Meeting during term of service.
- Perform functions on-site at each conference as specified by assigned sub-committee.
- Attend and provide feedback on other dental/ortho conferences as requested by Committee.
- Respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Participate in the post-conference meeting.
- Work directly with SSO staff and other constituent committee members.
Committee Member Benefits
- Complimentary SSO Annual Meeting registration and hotel accommodations.
- Registration and Travel Expense Reimbursement when attendance at other dental/ortho conferences is requested by committee.
- Flight, hotel and travel expense reimbursement for the Summer planning meeting.
