We are excited to announce the date for our third annual Girls Night Out event! Network and connect with other business owners, build new clientele, and have a fun night of sales.
The Minden JSL transforms the CIVIC CENTER into an epic night with Instagram worthy decor matching the theme for the year!
The past two years we have packed our venue full of ladies in attendance with a combination of vendors, league members, sponsors, and ticket purchasers.
Tickets will include catered decadent hors d'oeuvres, exclusive shopping, and a DJ to help us dance the night away. There will also be a cash bar available for drinks to be purchased.

Location: Minden Civic Center
Time: 6 pm to 10 pm with early entry for VIP ticket holders at 4!
Standard Booth Size + Cost:
10x10 = $300
10x20= $550
Prime/Corner Booth Size and Cost:
10x10= $350
10x20= $600

**For every 10x10 booth space, Merchant is agreeing to donate (2 or more) $25 gift cards to be used the day of GNO

Black, Pipe and drape will outline booth spaces. We highly encourage Merchant to bring additional tables, racks, lighting, and fixtures to transform your booth into your own unique space.
VIP Swag Bags: (Optional) We will have around 75 VIP Bags. If you would like to donate anything to place inside of these bags we would love to add it!
Important Details:
Merchants must have booths 100% set up by 10 am on Saturday and be ready for shoppers at 4pm that evening!
Payment:
If selected, a deposit of $100 is due no later than May 15th, 2025. The remaining balance is due no later than June 30th, 2025.
