Spectacular Performances & Events is the largest premier performing company in Ohio. We perform at occasions from corporate gatherings to multi-day events in the Greater Cleveland area, Northeast Ohio and Western PA! Our performers are of the utmost importance through every service we provide and bring the passion that drives our growth. We are seeking talented performers who love making lifelong memories to join our cast over 18 years of age. Theatrical and vocal experience is preferred. We look for dedicated, passionate, and reliable performers to help bring magic to life. Performers must be open-minded and willing to grow and learn within the company.

What Character Performers Will Do:

 

- Works across the Greater Cleveland area, Northeast Ohio and Western PA

 

- Portray a wide range of characters and is open and willing to learn a variety of roles

 

- Perform meet & greets and shows (prior approval required) for our guests

 

- Sign autographs and pose for Photographs

 

- Special consideration will be given to members of the POC community and males.

What Attendants Will Do:  

 

- Provide guests with information about character locations, show schedules, and company information

 

- Provide audience and line control, including handling difficult situations with guests

 

- Ensure the safety of both guests and performers

Assist in taking photographs

 

- Help maintain show quality and Character integrity

Assist performers with putting on costumes 

- 18 Years of Age or Older

- Reliable Transportation

- Weekend Availability

- Clean Criminal Background

- Experience Working With Children

- Theatrical Experience Preferred

This position is for an independent contractor role with a pay range from $20-$50 Per Hour. All contracts are subject to renewal at the begining of the calendar year.

At Spectacular Performances & Events, we offer a multitude of opportunities outside of face character performing in both areas of support and entertainment. These additional roles apply to the following questions:

 

Mascot Characters: Characters in which your entire body is covered, including your head and face. You will never be asked to perform in these roles without prior fittings and trainings. We are simply asking your willingness to be test fitted for this style of character.

EX: Easter Bunny, Rudolph, Frosty, ect.

 

Attendant: The attendants role is focused on ensuring performer and guest safety at our events, as well as acting as the face for our company during this time. While this position is paid slightly less during a performance, they are still vital to our success.
