To secure your Extension Appointment, a $500 non-refundable deposit will be required. Without a deposit your appointment date is not locked in.The remainder will be paid at the appointment.

Expected Maintenance Costs

1 Row Moveup | $175

2 Row Moveup | $350

3 Row Moveup l $525

Moveup appointments will need to be done every 6-9 weeks,providing flexibility for your maintinance needs.

Moveups come with the removal of the rows, and the re-install of the rows.

Blow outs and color services are seprate charge and need to be requested when booking.

If you are coming for just a moveup, please come with clean dry hair.

Extension hair needs to be replaced ever 8-12 months.

RESCHEDULING :

I understand life happens. In the event you need to reschedule your initial appointment, I am able to reschedule one time. If you make me aware 72hrs or more before your scheduled appointment. After one rescheduled appointment the deposit will not be applied to further appointments.

Once this form has been completed, I will reach out within 48-72 hours and go over any questions or concerns. Then if your ready I send you an invoice for the deposit and book your appointment!
