• 2023-2024 HACTC Application for Admission

    This application should be completed by the student with assistance from the student's parent, guardian, case manager or school counselor. It is best practice for the student to complete an interest survey at their sending school before applying. In addition, if the student applying is a student with an IEP, it is also best practice for the IEP team to meet to determine if an application is appropriate and if the programs being applied for are also appropriate. Lastly, while applications can be submitted after January 20, 2023, doing so decreases the likelihood that the student will be admitted into their first choice program.
