A. Model Release I hereby give to Liliacreativity the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that he/she has taken of myself and/or my minor child in which he/she may be included with others: a) To copyright the same in the photographer name or any other name that he/she may select; b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and; I hereby release and discharge photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy as long as they adhere to the guidelines set in place by me as referenced in the release selections I have chosen. I understand that Liliacreativity may edit any images in the style she finds most fitting and I am not to alter, change, or edit in any way. Including, but not limited to, using filters or hand editing. I understand that the photographer may edit out minor blemishes, but is not responsible for altering client's appearance in a manor that would be considered drastic (changing hair color, removing tattoos, making client appear slimmer, etc.) I understand that wardrobe and hair choice is not up to photographer and unhappiness at the finished product based on hair or wardrobe will not be grounds for a refund or reshoot B. Liability Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business. C. Copyright & Penalty Liliacreativity Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release will be given with digital files to print portraits for personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Liliacreativity during client’s photo session. This applies to "sneak peek" images, images posted in an online proofing gallery, blog, Facebook, Instagram, other social media, or hard copy images. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file. D. Turnaround Editing and delivery of images can take up to two (2) to four (4) weeks. I agree that a 50% non refundable booking fee must be paid before a shoot time is confirmed. I understand that fee will not be returned in the event I am late or do not show. You will be getting the agreed upon number of high res images delivered via an online gallery along with a print release if the client asks for it. You will then have two weeks to download your images. In the event that you do not download your images within two weeks, a $100.00 fee will be charged to reupload your gallery, to be paid via paypal/venmo/cashapp/cash/check before your gallery is reuploaded. I understand that image quality can not be guaranteed if I am late for my scheduled shoot time. I understand that I am allowed to rebook one (1) time in the event that I need to reschedule my shoot time for any reason, I understand that I waive my non refundable booking fee if I have to reschedule more than one, and a seperate booking fee must be paid before my appointment is confirmed. I waive my right to shoot and acknowledge the loss of my non refundable booking fee if I am more than 10 minutes late to the scheduled shoot time. I understand that Liliacreativity has the right to cancel the contract after it has been sign for any reason. Liliacreativity will cancel a contract if the client no longer wants to abide by the rules that he/she agreed aslong as the clients pays a $600 fee. Cleint can not change or modify this contract after it has been signed. There are no refunds once pictures have been delivered.
