Discuss today's homes and job notes.--ask if there are any questions. Let him/her read the infoExplain what type of job this home is (General, TTB, Move in/out)Go over cleaning process with dusting in detail. How to start, what cleaners to use and where, explain to double check your work.-Leave them to do the dusting and have them get you when done while you clean another part of the home. Than have them move throughout the home.-Double check their work and give feedback good and bad. If they did not do well explain what they can do differently and have them fix it.Remind again about the need to ALWAYS follow the checklistAsk them how they feel at the end of the day. Do they feel confident so far, any questions?Tell them what the plan is for the next day (Time to meet, where and that they will be doing the floors next)Contact the office to give feedback about the trainee-Show trainee how to fill out supply form and explained it’s due every Wednesday by noon.Show trainee how to clock in and out of lunches
Return trainee to an area they have cleaned well and ask them to clean it again because it doesn't "appear" clean, How was their reaction?
