  • CHANGE ORDER POLICY

    If you are requesting to modify a previous request, an email will be sent to you along with a link to edit the request by close of business today.

    MODIFICATIONS < 7 Days from the Event Day

    If you are requesting to make a reduction in staff  or cancel a previous request entirely within 7 days of the event, please be advised you will be billed no less than original number of staff requested at a minimum of 5 hours per staff member, per the Agreement to Supply Temporary Personnel.

  • I understand the stated roles and duties are industry standard and adding additional duties may not be applicable to the request. Any such deviation from the above outline duties must be discussed in detail with Strive Staffing immediately following submission of this request.*
  • I understand the standard Client uniform is triple black and that additional pieces, such as a vest or dinner jacket may be requested but cannot be guaranteed unless provided by the Client. I also understand requests for color and style variations outside of triple black can be requested below, but also cannot be guaranteed unless provided by the Client.*
