  • A customer service representative will contact you within one (1) hour from the time of your submission with the first available pickup slot.

     

    The total weight is based on machine capacity.

    Payment must be paid in full via invoice before delivery or cash upon pickup. 

     

    Turnaround time for pickup/delivery services may take up to 24 hours depending on daily volume, your load size and specific needs.

    We are not responsible for inclement weather, stray animals or anything that may ruin your load once we deliver

     

    You must be available or have a safe spot designated for delivery  (front porch, back porch, door code for entry) If you are not available at time of delivery, a $25 storage fee will incur immediately and will increase $50 every 24 hours. Please keep communication open so we can ensure your laundry is delivered within the window we provide once your load is ready.

    We recommend allowing entry into your home or garage if you are unavailable or if your designated delivery spot is not covered or fenced in.

     

     By using our pick-up and delivery laundry services, customers agree to the following terms and conditions: We will take utmost care in handling all garments, but we are not liable for any damage resulting from normal washing and drying processes, including color fading, shrinkage, or damage caused by the manufacturer's care instructions.

    Customers are responsible for checking their items before pickup; we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, missing items, or items left in pockets. All payments are due upon service completion, and any claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. By scheduling a service, customers agree to these terms and agree to pay the full amount.
