    These reports will be sent to the FRA inspector responsible for BNSF violations. Each report will be recorded with SMART-TD Missouri State Legislative Board, and also forwarded to SMART- TD International.
  • Under the FRA Hours of Service, The carrier is required to relieve crews in a “timely fashion”. Your relief crew is only required to be on-duty prior to your HOS expiring. If you are securing your train and being picked up, your transportation is only required to be notified/called prior to your HOS expiring.
