PORTRAIT AGREEMENT & MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statements: I commission Jen Mitchell Photography, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or any other persons/subjects listed above. If weather deteriorates, or is not deemed suitable for the photo shoot i.e raining, or increased temperatures, the photo shoot may be postponed for another date agreed by both parties. Jen Mitchell Photography retains all copyright for the images taken during the photo session. Images may be used for personal use only, and are not permitted to be sold on, re-edited, or passed off as your own work. If you would like to share the images on social media, you are permitted to only share the watermarked images. There has been an increase over the past few years due to the increase in social media use where images are stolen and other people pass these off as their own. Jen Mitchell Photography reserves the right to share images from the photo session on her social media pages. Waiver of liability: Jen Mitchell Photography is not responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur during a photo shoot on location or in the client’s home and cannot be held responsible for negligence. The client releases the photographer, Jen Mitchell and any of her employees or agents from all claims where accidents, damages or incidents occur.*
